Research details:

The first appointment is at 8pm in the evening and lasts one hour at the most. The second appointment of up to one hour is the following morning at 9am, and the final 15-minute appointment is on the third day at 10am.

We’re testing the effect of a night’s sleep on learning. If you enjoy puzzles and challenges, you’ll have fun.

You’ll take part in three computer lab sessions over the space of three days.

Training is via computer tutorial in a comfortable soundproofed booth. You won’t be closely observed during any sesions, nor will you be required to share personal details.

Researchers will be around to help with whatever you need.

We can train (or test) up to three subjects simultaneously, so it’s easy to fit you in at a time which works for you.

Payment will be made by bank transfer upon completion.

The computer testing labs are on the ground floor of the psychology department in the Washington Singer building located at the entrance to Streatham campus, University of Exeter (map below). You don’t have to be a student to participate.
